Lilah is cute, but since you asked for an opinion, I think Desmond Rainn is not a pretty name! Do you have a specific reason you chose it? I know how it goes picking names--you wanna be unique but at the same time you want something that sounds good and can be spelled/pronounced by others AND the child himself! lol
It took us a while to pick a name but we ended up with the ones that everyone likes and they are familiar to people although not very common.

1stly congratulations on your pregnancy. I like Damian and the girl name is pretty. But I tell you this, you's will be so indecisive about what to name baby as time goes because its not(although it may seem) the easiest thing when having a baby. Mom and Dad always have different opinions until the perfect name comes :). Happy baby naming.
