wow...thats ALOT of women in one room ! ha!
I know how you must feel though, My partner has a large family who are loud when gathered and I just grew up with my mom and sister (quietly, LOL)
The thing with such large gatherings is you'll probably find you will settle with "your" friends and everyone else will entertain themselves in small groups.
On the plus side, you will be getting a shitload of presents???

@Danni179
Weird thing is they will ALL be women. I know the friends that are coming, so I dont much mind... It's just the type of person who has never been one for spotlight treatment. Dahlia(My baby girl) doesn't seem to like it either. :P

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the baby shower supposed to be about YOU and the baby??? why is his mothers friends invited? If you are not comfortable with it you should speak up and say you would prefer a smaller gathering? Plus isn't it supposed to be just women? I'd put your foot down. There would be no way i would have 60 random people at my baby shower !
