Q: Pain during BM and previous C-Section connection? Sorry for the TMI...

First, sorry for the TMI. I'm 14 weeks pregnant with my second child. My first was 6 years ago via c-section. I know alot of women suffer from constipation during pregnancy, but I have a prenatal vitamin with stool softener in it, and they have really helped me to not be constipated. Over the last couple of days, when I have a BM, I feel a sharp pulling, tearing sensation in my pelvis, to the side of my uterus. I'm not constipated and only have the pain during the bathroom trip. Is it possible I have adhesions or something from my previous c-section that have made my bowel/intestine connect to my uterus? is that even possible? The pain immediately stops after the BM, is this something anyone else has experienced and do you know what it is?

I had the same thing with my pregnancy. There is a lot of stretching going on in there and the extra pressure from a BM makes it more sensitive.
