Q: When did I conceive?

so I've been under the impression that I was 12 weeks and got a sono today that showed I'm 13 so did I conceive a week b4 the original conception date I was given?

Not necessarily. What they explained to me, because I was measuring a week ahead of schedule originally, too, is that they consider you full-term between 38-42 weeks. So if at your first appointment you're measuring a week off, they often move your due date to "correct" it. So, your conception was the same, baby is just measuring ahead :) Congrats!
