Q: Symptoms in early pregnancy with multiples?

I am just wondering if anyone that was pregnant with twins? If they had a "gut" feeling about it. Plus did you start getting symptoms sooner at like 4 weeks 6 days? Did it feel as if your uterus was stretching faster(pressure).

I am having severe fatigue and nausea has started already. I have been having horrible heartburn since a 3 days before I got a positive pregnancy test at 3/24. There is a lot more just wondering,

My gut feeling was wrong on twins twice. I swore it was twins this time. Really high levels for me and started showing real early. But nope only one.
