I just had my 1st OB appt about 2 wks ago...I had urine specimen taken, blood, pap, breast exam & internal vaginal ultrasound done...My visit took about 2 hrs. they ask a lot of questions about your history/partners.

Wish I could go ahead and get in so I could get all this done & actually feel pregnant.. I haven't felt any bad symptoms so im worried my levels arent normal.. But day by day when I actually took pregnancy tests each day the line got a little darker. My temp has been 98.00-98.5 .. So im guessing thats normal

You will probably give a urine specimen first. They will want to confirm the pregnancy first. Then you will have your blood pressure and maybe temp recorded. Then you will meet the doc and be able to ask any questions you have. You will be left to undress and when the doc comes back in she will do a physical exam including pap smear. They will likely do an ultrasound to tell you how far along you are. Blood will also be drawn to make sure all your levels are within normal limits. My first visit took almost 3 hours...so be forewarned!
