Q: Still haven't missed my period and urine result came back positive. Can I be pregnant?

I'm not using any kind of protection, been having nausea and cramping so I decided to take the equate urine test and came out positive. Is it possible with out a period delay. PS my period is supposed to be on April 23. Please help I'm anxious!!! Thanks.

I've always tested + before my missed period. Looks like you're having a baby! Congrats!

A positive is a positive! Congrats :) I found out I was pregnant 10DPO. My period was due on December 21st, and I got my first positive on December 17th.

Congrats, you're pregnant :) Urine tests can sometimes be false negative but are VERY RARELY false positive. And with knowing you aren't using protection...it's a pretty sure thing.
