Mine was so severe I went for B12 and B6 shots at the doc office weekly. For me, nothing helped but time. did read pickles were good because the vinegar neutralizes the nausea. I was eating a jar a week lol

Thank you everyone! I finally was able to ear Cheddar Broccoli soup today without getting really nauseated!! Getting things ready for Easter has not been any fun this time. :( I have my 1st Ob on the 29th I am going to have to talk to the dr about the nausea.

I had horrible morning sickness with both of my pregnancies. I lost 30 lbs with my first - it was that bad. You can try water with lemon, pretzels, ginger snaps, lemonade, vitamin B6 supplements, peppermint tea. You may want to try wearing Sea Bands. I purchased mine at Walgreens. They press on a nerve in the wrist & "supposedly" prevents nausea. I didn't have much luck with them, but a lot of women do. Find what works for you & eat what you can. Staying hydrated is more important at this stage. Hopefully, it will ease up as you enter the 2nd trimester.

I'm with kitten zofran is the only thing that helps me.. Also found diet coke and lemonade more soothing than anything with ginger in it.. Good luck!

Only thing that worked for me when I couldn't keep anything down was Zofran. The hospital prescribed me a 5 day supply. After that, once I was only puking once a day, I started eating rice, toast, fruit cups. Coca cola worked better for me than ginger ale though because for some reason during this pregnancy I cannot stand anything ginger it tastes disgusting to me lol.
