Q: My HCG level is 105188. How far along am I?

This was my first bloodwork in this pregnancy, and is much higher than I was expecting

Yup 7-8 weeks

If you go by the APA, you're around 7-8 wks, so not too far. However, an ultrasound would give a much more definitive answer than going by hcg levels alone.
