I've had 3 miscarriages and am currently 8 wks 2 days pregnant. I am on progesterone baby asprin and lovenox shots everyday. I have been cramping more noticeably with my pregnancies that have carried to term than my mcs. Maybe it's a good sign of stretching and growth. Obviously anything too painful call ur dr. Good luck and I'm sure everything will be fine!

I had miscarriages as well, I got cramping when I was eight weeks too. It was painful there was alot of growth going on that week. I still get cramps occassionally and my doctor said that your body is going through alot of changes and you are going to have some of these pains. Best of Luck

Cramping is perfectly normal in pregnancy. I know it can be scary though, I too have had several miscarriages, and every pain absolutely terrifies you. Also every pregnancy is different. I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my third child and never remember having the cramps that I have had with this pregnancy. I had cramping early on that was so severe it literally woke me up at night. I called my OB and he assured me that cramps and pain are normal. Just watch for spotting or bleeding and of course if the cramping has you doubled in pain or will not let up. GL to you hon! & Congrats!
