Q: Heat rash?

What is something to help heal a heat rash and what can I use to stop the itching?

Sudocrem works wonders for me and as it's great on babies for nappyrash I have a stack of the stuff. Not sure where you are in the world or if its a world wide thing but it helps with the itch and can help stop it appearing in the first place.
