Q: is it safe to eat artificial crab while pregnant?

if its any help im in my 8th month and can i drink chai tea? im seeing the RN in a couple of weeks so i will ask her this as well.

There have been listeria cases with imitation crab so it falls under the category of 'deli meats' for pregnant women which is a no no unless its heated to steaming hot.
Chai is a difficult one. Some mixes use actual tea for instance some coffee shops so you have to consider the caffeine factor but I have mix thats 99% caffeine free for spiced chai I get from the supermarket.
