Q: Meal Plan?

What does everyone here eat, that's healthy, and filling? How often do you eat? How many meals a day? Are you on track as far as weight gain goes?
I've been gaining weight just a tad too fast for my liking, and want to know some good meals or snacks to eat that are filling AND healthy that will keep my weight gain steady. Thanks xx

Things that I have found to be filling and heathy:

Old fashion oats with fresh strawberries, bananas, or blueberries in it. A banana itself can be filling for me on its own.
Natural nut butters with no sugar added on toast or celery or apples.
Unsalted nuts and avocados are filling and provide healthy fats.
Fruit and veggie smoothies are a good filler too. I normally do 1 frozen banana, 1 cup kale, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon milled flaxseed and blend. Flaxseed is a good source of DHA and also another heathy fat!

Chicken stir fried in fajita paste, stuffed into wholewheat pittas with cucumber, tomatoes and salad and soft mild cheese like philli or light mayo.

Multigrain baps with lean ham or turkey, low fat cheese, mustard and as much salad as you can cram in.

stir fry beef/chicken/pork, chunky noodles, water chesnut, peppers baby corn all the normal stirfry veg in a sauce of your choice. I like black bean or sweet and sour

Home made turkey curry, your choice of sauce, with brown rice and a side salad of your favourite veg.

Scramble egg with EVERYTHING. example - low fat cheese, peppers, lean ham, onions, tomato, go wild. Its a bit like an omelette but minus the chances of runny egg which is bad.

Sausage oven cooked in lashings of honey and mustard then popped into a granary bun with salad.

wow Im hungry now...
