Q: Vaginal spotting after constant sneezing and blowing your nose?

I am 17 weeks pregnant and for some reason, today I have sneezed non-stop since I got home from work which was about 3 hours ago. Some of the sneezes were very "hard" or "violent" and I have been blowing my nose. I noticed after urinating and wiping that I have a small amount of red blood streaks on the toilet paper. It's not spotting and I don't notice it on my underwear, just when I wipe. Is anyone else going through this? Has anyone heard of sneezing or blowing your nose causing vaginal bleeding/spotting/streaking? Oh, and I will add I'm not cramping or in any pain.
