Q: stiff fingers and toes - joints

I'm curious if anyone has had the stiff joint in your fingers and toes feeling. What did you do to help?

It could be your lacking in a certain vitamin or mineral, I heard it can be lack of sodium especially if you've been drinking a lot of fluids my elder sister had horrible stiff hands while pregnant. I would mention it to a dr though as they may be able to pinpoint its cause better.
