Q: Am I panicking?

I'm 4 weeks pregnant exactly. Known since 5 days ago and when I first saw the positive result I was quite overwhelmed and actually felt different. But since yesterday I haven't really felt anything but normal. It's my 4th pregnancy so I know what to expect, but I'm terrified something is wrong. I've never had a miscarriage (that I know of) and I feel so certain something will go wrong with this pregnancy because surely I can't be that lucky to have 4 perfectly normal pregnancies? I don't have sore breasts, I'm not peeing any more frequently than normal, no sickness at all, no appetite. I'm normally an optimistic person but I can't help but feel down and pessimistic :/

It's way too early in your pregnancy to be stressin' like that! First of all - 3 healthy pregnancies, 3 healthy babies, no miscarriages and pregnant with my 4th, so totally possible and no reason to expect impending doom! At about 5 weeks, there was one day that my boobs lost all soreness and I totally freaked out. But upon doing research I discovered that it's very normal for your hormones to fluctuate during early pregnancy, and sure enough the next day they were sore as ever. I'm sure everything's fine, and your concern is totally normal. Congrats & enjoy, again;)

I found my symptoms didn't really kick in until 6-7 weeks. Then at around 9 weeks they went away for a couple of days and I absolutely panicked (we miscarried in 2011, so I was scared to death!). After a couple of days, my symptoms came back full force. Just give it time- the nasty feelings will come back :)
