I get them when I'm not taking enough calcium during pregnancy.

With my first pregnancy, nothing helped. I'd eat bananas and drink plenty of water. All that helped was my hubby rubbing my legs each night before bed.

I know you can stretch your leg out pulling your toes back, but I'd rather know what you can do to prevent from getting them. I feel like I stay hydrated enough from drinking plenty of water, milk and eating plenty of food with calcium or drinking enough milk. I probably don't exercise near like I should, however I do walk when possible.
