Cyesis is a medical term for pregnancy. Intrauterine describes the fact that the pregnancy in is your uterus. http://www.memidex.com/cyesis
Fundal refers to location, near the top of the uterus. That's where the gestational sac/embryo is attached in your uterus.
The Peri-sac detachment is likely referring to a peri-sac bleed, which causes a separation of the sac from the uterine wall. You should speak to your provider about your pregnancy, as outcomes vary on where, how large a bleed is there, and embryonic development.
