Look up some excerises for sciatica, I went to physical therapy around 20 weeks with my first. I couldn't move some days and sleeping was impossible. The exercises they had me do helped soooo much, I still had some mild discomfort occasionally but at least I could sleep. Oh, when stretching or exercising be careful not to go far, you're a bit more nimble now with the extra hormones preparing your joints to shift easily for baby. If you can really feel the stretch its too far, that's what did me in. Also, my dad gave me a pillow to sit on. It's shaped like a u and you sit with the open end at the back. It really helped too, I think he bought it at brookstone.

The only thing I've found so far and it's not a solution but it eases it is sleeping on a folded up duvet, a pillow between my knees and one in the nook/curve between my hip and ribs plus a paracetamol for the really bad days.
I hope you find something that works for you x
