Thank you Fitbyjordan, I do hope it goes away soon too. been reading up on it and it seems it is actually normal and happens to a lot of people.
Heading over to the maternity centre close to my office now though.
The good thing is that I can just walk in and get attended to without any appointment so i will be back to give update on what they say.
Oh, Fitbyjordan, I'm glad you are due the same month I am, just found a buddy :)

I agree with Sianny. This is very normal... but if you start bleeding then I would start getting worried and call the doctor. I have these pains when I lay down at night and I am 5 weeks.
When I miscarried back in July, I never had any pains... I just started to bleed. So you just never know, every pregnancy is different. Good luck and I hope they go away soon!

Thanks Sianny. I am not bleeding or spotting and every other thing is normal so I can only hope it is nothing major.
Don't wanna start circling the Dr's over every little symptom.

Sounds very normal although you know your body best and it's always advised to check in with your Dr if you're still concerned as they will be best to reassure you or call them if the pain gets worse, is constant or doesn't subside or you bleed.
The cramps are something I've had and so have many many others as the hormones knock it up a gear and I've had the occasional shooting pains but they are normally attributed to stretching from bloating or digestive issues in my case.
