Q: high prolactin levels??miscarriage?? 6 weeks 1 day pregnant

so iv always suffered with high prolactin levels first they suspected te benign brain tumour but then put it down to PCOS and stress. I just got a call from my doctors receptionist saying they want to repeat the prolactin test again, i was with my doctor two days ago for these results and he said everything was perfect now i get a call saying different?? anyway is high prolactin levels more likely to cause me miscarriage???

From what I've read high prolactin levels are caused by pregnancy so unless they're off the charts for some reason it sounds kinda normal...
