Prunes or prune juice. For real. I know it's something people joke about all the time but it really does work. And they're frickin' delicious! Happy trails, lol...

I basically drink a lot of water and eat fresh fruit and a salad everyday. I also drink decaf coffee and it seems to help immensely! I have always had digestive issues and gets worse when I am pregnant. But since I started making sure I do this eat/drink routine daily I have been quite regular. Good luck!

Miralax and Colace are both safe during pregnancy, which can help. Make sure you drink a lot of water, especially if you take a stool softener like those. If you are not feeling aversion to fruits and vegetables a high-fiber diet can help too. It's definitely not a fun situation! GL! :)
