I know cramping is normal; your uterus is preparing for the baby and growing a lot in the beginning. I'm not sure about the back pain, but back pain can accompany cramps. At the same time, both of those things can be signs of miscarriage, but the thing is, they are also signs of early pregnancy! So honestly right now, it's best to remain positive that it's just early pregnancy signs, because there's nothing you can do if it's a loss of pregnancy anyhow. I'm trying to make this sound positive but I feel like it's not coming out that way, sorry! I often state factual information and unfortunately it sounds indifferent. But honestly that's not the case and I'm sure everything is fine, and congratulations on your baby!
