Q: What to do when you have the flu?

Hi ladies, what do you take when you are expecting and caught the flu or the common cold? I am 9weeks and 4 days. All day Nausea and common cold do not go well together :(

My 10 week appoint meant is on Tuesday.

I am absolutely dying with the flu completely bed ridden. Just got back from my doctor. They have percribed antibiotics as there are some safe during pregnancy. I'm so I'll it's crazy I'm 28 weeks preg.

Try a sinus rinse i use them and it really helps when i am having alot of drainge other than that rest and stay as hydrated as you can. I would call OB Monday morning and see what you can take while pregnant for a cold. Hope you feel better soon!!!
