I had this question to, the answer I came up with after various google searches was that your heart rate DOES increase during pregnancy and they say your cardiac output continues to increase and peaks at 28-35 weeks.
My resting heart rate at this moment is 99 I'm 18 weeks 6 days today. My blood pressure at this moment is 122/76. My doctor seemed to think this was fine at my last visit.
