There is nothing wrong and no evidence that colouring your hair effects a pregnancy. Your OB will tell you that.
I have a full head of foils every 3mths from my hairdresser in a salon and I'm 31 weeks pregnant and have had it done twice in this pregnancy and going again before I give birth.

One of my friends has bright blonde hair, originally dark, and she got her hair touched up all throughout her pregnancy and their was no harm to her or her baby at all. The ammonia and bleach all stays in the root of your hair, as long as your just watch the fums and how often you get it done, you shouldn't have any problems with it.
