Q: Boy or girl? Please check ultrasound and tell me what you think!

Please take a look at my ultrasound pic from 20wks and tell if you think the baby is a girl or boy. It is just a profile view of the face, but some say you can tell from that??

You actually can't really see the goods there. That's a great profile shot though!
