Q: Beta-HCG results are in...

Miscarried in January and find that I am pregnant again according to First Response, Clear Blue Digital and SurePredict (I know, I'm nuts). Had lab work done 4/21 and 4/23. Results were 3,425 and 5,734. They did not double. Nurse said they like to see the numbers go up 1 1/2 or 2 times. It went up more than 1 1/2 so that's a plus I guess. Any words of encouragement or insight?

Hi, I saw a number of your posts and answers to other people's post previously.

Just wanted to say how happy I am for you following your loss. I wouldn't worry yourself over numbers. Here in the uk we don't have bloods drawn like that and I think it's for the best - no unnecessary stress and worry!

Hope all goes well for you and wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy xx

I'm sorry for your loss... And congratulations!!!
Hcg usually doubles every 31 to 72 hours in early pregnancy. You can calculate how many hours it took your numbers to double with the beta hcg calculator (under tools and tickers). If your doubling time is somewhere in that window, it's okay. And I'm pretty sure yours is. So I would go with what LoopyLou87 says: don't worry! Your numbers are okay, and there is really nothing else we can do, unfortunately. I've been through a loss myself, so I know it's hard not to worry, but worrying isn't going to help you off course. Good luck to you!!!!!
