Depends on your doctor and if you decide to have nuchal fold testing done. We opted out of the nuchal fold ultrasound because it wouldn't have made any difference to us if DD had downs. So my 12 week appointment was weight check, blood pressure, listen to the heart beat, that was about it. Nothing too exciting. Haha.

depending on your dr; u/a, weight check, blodd pressure check, listen to the babys heart beat, then schedule u/s if you havent already. Other than that i dont think they do anything else. Atleast they didnt do more than that with my first child
