I found yoga booty ballet- baby on the way at a resale shop for $5. It is kinda cheesy but i have done it pretty consistently up until about 37 weeks. It is only 30 min and broken up into 4 sections: warm up, dance, weights and yoga. It is nice because it's short so you don't get too tired but also gives you a good stretch all over.

I find it very relaxing! :) On top of that, it really helps me stretch and loosen a lot of tight/sore muscles I don't even know I have. :)

I haven't personally tried it but I JUST talked to my friend from high school who is due November 8th and she said she joined a class. She said it is very relaxing. She, like me, is terrified but she said the yoga has helped a lot.

I LOVE my prenatal yoga! I started doing it with my last pregnancy and have continued it with this one as well. I have anxiety and I find that it helps with that. The video I have is Element Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. I got it off of amazon. Here is the link the dvd. It is also available on amazon instant video.
