Q: Help please - Gush of pink watery cm

I am almost 10 weeks pregnant. Last night I was at the movies and I felt like I had wet myself a little bit and rushed to the toilet it looked like I did wet myself (honestly I didn't) but it was pinky tinge in colour. I haven't had anything since, don't appear to have any pain. Im worried as my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage.

My doctor isn't in today and i just would like to know if anyone else has experienced this??

I would suggest letting your doctor know but I had bleeding/spotting from 12 weeks to about 16 weeks and everything is good so far. Now I have (TMI) LOTS OF CM so I always think I'm bleeding. There are a lot of women who bleed/spot and still have healthy pregnancies.

So this may not be super reassuring but there have been so many times I have experienced that feeling, just without the pink color. I had crazy amounts of CM around that time and it would look like I had wet my pants because of the amount. I wouldn't worry too much about the pink, especially since it's not heavy and you aren't experiencing cramps. Just something to keep your eye on and talk with your doctor about. Many women experience spotting and bleeding in pregnancy without any issue.
