Q: Early Pregnancy and Working Out?
I am 6 weeks today and I really want to start working out again. Back in January I started working out. I went for 147 to 126 by mid April. In April I took a fabulous trip to the Virgin Islands and ever since I've been back I have fell off track. I found out I was pregnant 4th of July weekend (Exciting!!). This will be baby number 4 for me and I want to be in shape this pregnancy, unlike the last 3 where I scarfed down anything in sight. I don't see my doctor until Mid August. I know they say if it's a part of your normal routine then to stick with it but I have been off of routine for a month and a half. Has anyone been here before? My biggest fear is I'm going to make myself miscarry. Any words of wisdom will help ladies! I am going to run a mile or 2 on lunch today so I guess we'll see how it goes!!This question was asked Jul. 20, 2015 2:25pm
