I'm currently 7 weeks preg tomorrow.
Last Wednesday I saw light brown discharge on wiping then it went.
Thrusday morning and hubby had gentle sex and then I had light pink discharge. After telling my GP I had an emergency scan.
All was fine. Saw a heartbeat etc & the very light pink discharge stopped after a few hours. Doctor put it down to the sex and said not to worry but DIDNT say to avoid sex.
Saw midwife today and she recommended NO SEX.
So I'm unsure who would have the greater knowledge.
Secondary history.. I have a high sex drive and although I would happily refrain from sex for the safety of my baby, is it necessary?
Would other forms of sex be ok just no penetration? Orgasming?
I haven't bled since the last sex.
It troubles me that I'm being told opposite things.
It also troubles me HOW LITTLE the midwife seemed to know about very early pregnancy. What shall I do?
I'm guessing your thinking to 'err on the side of cautio
