Q: Breast soreness and tenderness seems to be almost non-existent today. Should I be worried?

Throughout the entire duration of my 7 weeks of pregnancy, I've had extremely sore breasts. Today, at 7 weeks 4 days, I hardly have any soreness or tenderness at all. I am a bit concerned. Is this normal? Should I report this to my doctor?

Mine comes and goes, too. Yesterday, the soreness and nipple irritation were pretty high on the scale. Today, not so much. My nausea was coming and going, but has been pretty consistent lately.

Symptoms will come and go so try not to worry. I almost panicked when all my symptoms stopped and 2 days later they came back with vengeance. The boob soreness come and go all the time.
