Q: Vaginal Dryness

I'm 5 weeks and I'm finding that I am very dry. So much so that its been difficult to have sex with my husband.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm not having this problem (opposite of it, actually), but it may change as I progress. It is safe to use a water-based lubricant (anything else could screw up the ph of your lady bits). Since the cervix closes off, no lube will get to baby.

I'm also guessing other factors are contributing to the no sex in my house- I'm dead tired by 8 pm , I have gas ( lol), my sex driver is lower than it was, and I'm stressing out about lubrication, .....not exactly sexy thoughts

I'm not sure if I had any vaginal dryness during 5 week pregnancy because I did not have sex the 1st trimester due to bleeding. You can try lubricant and hopefully that works.
