Serious continuing headaches at the final weeks of pregnancy can be a sign of high blood pressure so I would make sure your wife mentions that to her doctor just to be on the safe side.She can take extra strength tylenol.I dont think any other pain meds are allowed during pregnancy

I'd suggest mentioning it at your wife's next doc appointment. By now, she should be seeing the doc once a week. Tylenol is usually considered safe, however, I do not know your wife's medical history. Hope she feels better soon.
