I'm a huge fan of the TruBiotic probiotic pills. They are AMAZING and without them I'm miserable constipated.

So sorry you're going through this. :( I think it does get a bit better as the pregnancy progresses, but you will probably have to watch what you eat. For me the biggest trigger was bread...especially the healthy wholegrain/seeded kind...but basically I've had to put most baked goods on the no-go list. I've found that leafy greens (especially raw in salads or in green smoothies) really helped to prevent any 'blockage', as did foods like risotto (with proper risotto rice) and oatmeal with fruit. Hope you find some relief soon! :)

Around that time I had that issue myself I couldn't even get it out cause it was stuck and no wonder if was the size of a freaking baseball. I could only get it to pass when standing up but couldn't sleep on my back or sit. I think I croed hystically for over an hour. Go to the dr so you don't have the issues I did.

Miralax was/is a miracle worker for me. It's safe, doesn't cause cramping, doesn't make you HAVE to go, and dissolved well in hot beverages like coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. I see a complete turn around in three days but used it daily until my symptoms passed at seventeen weeks.
