Tea tree oil would help tremendously with the hemorrhoids! It is a natural antibiotic and anti inflammatory and also has a pain relieving cooling sensation as soon as you put it on. I used this when mine were bad and bleeding a lot with stools and within a couple days they changed dramaticly. The tea tree oil shrunk them.

Get hemerroid pads and keep the area as clean as possible. The pads have aloe and witch hazel and while it won't give you immediate relief, use it anytime you poop and it will help.
Also, drinks lots of water to soften stool and try not to strain or push when pooping. Some people use a pooping stool to get into a better position
