Q: 11 weeks pregnant- symptoms fading

I am just under 11 weeks pregnant. It seems as though most of my pregnancy symptoms are gone as of a few days. At 8 weeks our ultrasound was great, baby was growing as it should and heart rate was 166. I also made the mistake of getting a home fetal doppler and can't seem to pick up a heartbeat. Has anyone been through the loss of symptoms around this time? My 12 week ultrasound is February 8th and I am very nervous. I had a MC last February at 5 or 6 weeks, so I am worried! Any help is appreciated!

I am also just 11 weeks pregnant today, and thank goodness most of my symptoms have also been disappearing this week too (hoping by next week they are totally gone)! I don't think I could have stood much longer vomiting! So your not alone!! I am just trying to enjoy the days I am feeling good and counting down till my 12 week ultrasound :-) fingers crossed all goes well and good luck with yours on the 8th!

A lot of my mild symptoms faded around 9-10 weeks and I felt pretty good for most of the 2nd trimester.

I am 10 weeks as of today and my morning sickness has almost completely went away. I was vomiting 20-40x a day, and over the last week and a half it has become less and less, but I still am very tired, sensitive to smells, sore breasts, and that sort of thing. Like Mommybutterfly said, its common to have symptoms fade at that point. You will probably start feeling great as you get closer to your second trimester. And those home dopplers are no where near as sensitive and good as the one they use at the doctors. Your baby is probably turned away from you. I heard my first childs heartbeat at 10 weeks at my OBGYN, and then I had a scare and went to ER and doctor couldn't find it, a few days later I went back to OBGYN and baby was fine and had a strong heartbeat. Try not to worry, everything will be ok.

It's actually very common for symptoms to actually start fading about 9-10 weeks. I wouldn't really worry too much you're also very early in your pregnancy so I'm not surprised you can't pick it up the heart rate on the Doppler.
