Q: 14 weeks with fraternal twins, stretching pains

14 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins and just a little while ago I had these sudden pains in my upper abdomen. It came on quickly and is actually hurting a lot. It feels like something is stretching or pulling something in there.. But it's causing me lots of pain and hurts to walk, lay, bend, even takes my breath away sometimes. I'm guessing it's normal but just seeing what anyone else thinks?

I heard both there hearts today as well one st 140-145 and the other was 150-156

Could certainly be due to the uterus stretching. I felt all kinds of things around the same time.

Sounds like very normal round liagment pain. I've gotten it all the time especially when I was about that far along. It would hurt so bad I couldn't move then it'd go away after a day or two and come back around the same day the next week. It'll go away though
