Q: Water consumption

Due to vomitting I was not able to drink water. When I drink it comes out immediately. I am managing with food by taking bread biscuit banana. Urine was more yellowish due to less water intake. How to overcome this.

Hey. I have a similar problem. When I was young, I suffered from daily pains in the stomach and frequent vomiting. It happened for many years, until I started to change my diet a little and eliminate such things as meat and other suspects. I was okay for a while until I moved to the city two years ago. Something about my being here makes me constantly climb. I can not even go out without a pack of salt crackers nearby, because they settle my stomach so as not to let me go up (hopefully). It usually begins in the middle of the night, and I feel that my diet is not even affecting it. I still do not eat super-fatty foods or meat, which, as I know, are really problematic.

I have a suspicion that this can be water, because I have been drinking raw / unfiltered spring water literally from the ground all my life. In the city, all I have is public purified water with flour and any other chemicals.

I switched to decaf tea and drink it cold with a little sugar and lemon. It keeps me hydrated and isn't water (my body loved it with my first pregnancy but not this time around). Good luck.

I don't drink soda because I am allergic to caffeine but if I wasn't I would not have avoided it during pregnancy. I believe all things in moderation applies during pregnancy too (with the exception of alcohol and the typical pregnancy no-nos of course)

Have you experimented with different flavors or temperatures? I liked water with lots of lemons early on and had major cravings for the icee machine drinks that you can find in many gas stations or Target stores. Sometimes I drove to Target just to window shop for baby stuff while drinking an icee lol. You could try adding fruit or flavor packets. Some women can only drink it ice cold. You could also try popsicles. I ate a ton of popsicles when I had morning sickness. I particularly liked the fla-vor-ice ones!
