There is no anatomical benefit to lying on either side when it comes to circulation, though left side lying can help decrease heartburn/nausea etc. I'd say if you're more comfy on the right, then lay on the right.

I usually lay on my left side. Im 23 weeks 1 day and its officially too uncomfortable to lay on my belly. I was told laying on my back cuts off blood circulation and drs dont recommend the right side because the uterus puts pressure on your liver- either side is comfy to me though.

I'd say it depends on how far along you are? I was able to continue laying on my stomach until nearly 12 weeks and laying on either side for me never helped. I used to keep a glass of ice water next to me when I slept to sip on when I felt sick or heartburn if that's helps! Oh & I'm about 18 weeks now and I almost always lay on my right side :) hope you find a way to ease your morning sickness!
