Q: when does the baby start to move?

I'm almost 18 weeks pregnant, its my first pregnancy. i have not felt my baby move. should I start to panic.

I agree w pp. Right where you're at now is when most first time moms start to feel movement, because it's not really clear what to look for. I was around 16-17 weeks the first time, and it's normal to not feel anything till later.

I felt mine start moving at about 18 weeks. My sister in law didn't feel a thing until 22wks. It's different for everyone and depends a lot on how you're built, where your placenta is, etc.
