If this is your first baby your body has alot of stretching to do, and if its your second or more you will notice everything more this time round. I remember with my first I felt alot of strange twinges and will my second I noticed everything alot sooner. This time round I'm already feeling my womb stretching and I'm only 3.5w. Try to remember everything will feel a bit different, and as your womb grows you will be more and more aware of it,

Things felt different in there for me too when I sneezed, coughed, laughed hard, etc. It's probably just from the uterus starting to expand and things getting pushed or moved around.
