Found out why I was so exhausted I am having twins iam now 23 weeks+ 4 days and still tired just not as bad.

Sounds completely normal to me. I was extremely exhausted from about 6 weeks until just recently at 10 weeks. The change was drastic when the fatigue went away.
I wish I could say that there was something you could do to help but I think the best thing to do is to keep going to bed early and nap when you can. Also, make sure you are drinking enough water, dehydration can actually make you feel fatigued and worn out. Make sure you are eating well and drinking enough water. It should pass by the end of the first trimester. :)

Thanks. I eat loads of fruit and healthy things aswell as the not so healthy. I will have a look to see what else i could eat as snacks to give me more energy.

Sounds normal! You could try adding different snacks to your diet to give you energy.

Thank you for your reply so glad it is nothing to worry about. After my mamouth sleep in today and naps I feel much better this afternoon than yesterday.
I see you had twins , congratulations. We are secretly hoping to have twins well we wouldn't be sad if we found out it was twins lets say.

It sounds rather normal to me. I was super exhausted from about 6-10 weeks, exactly as you described. Once I hit the 2nd trimester, it got much better.
