Q: Cold all the time!

This is my second pregnancy and with my first I don't remember feeling this cold. Im 10 weeks and I'm cold all the time. I blast the heat in the car stand by the fireplace when I can and sit with blankets. Is this normal?? I've never heard of being cold as a symptom.

YES times a thousand. My beginning of this pregnancy was SOOOO cold! I simply could not get warm. I fantasized about heat vents!

I was so cold the beginning of this pregnancy, but as I am entering my third trimester, I am much cooler than I used to be (especially my feet, they are like ice cubes still) but I am starting to get hot flashes. With my first pregnancy, I was like a human torch lol, never could cool down. I am just hoping I stay on the cooler side this time as I am approaching summer....with an August 26 due date! Good luck

I was freezing the entire first part of my pregnancy. My husband thought I was crazy, bundled up on the couch with clothes from the neck down, a robe, and wrapped in blankets. Now that I'm in my third trimester, I am burning up. I lay in bed with a ceiling fan on high, air conditioner on, and no covers at all. Just crazy hormonal stuff, I guess.

I don't know if it is a symptom but I have always liked cooler weather more than warm weather and this pregnancy I can't seem to get warm. I am 10 weeks also and I have goosebumps all the time. I can't wait for it to warm up. My husband is not cold at all, at night he has a sheet on and I have the sheet, comforter and an extra blanket.

I know that later this summer when I am further along I am probably going to be so uncomfortably hot and wishing for cooler weather. I remember summertime with my 1st pregnancy...the heat was not fun. lol
