Q: Body aches

I am 11 weeks and 1 day. For the past few days I have started waking up 3-4 times a night to use the bathroom. My back and legs ache. Feels like I been working out which I haven't. Has anyone else had this aching problem?

9 weeks 6 days and having the exact same problem!! mostly hip area here. Hoping you find some answers!
