18 with my first and 17 weeks with my second. I felt little bubbles before then, but those were actual kicks.

Most first time moms don't feel it till 18-20+ weeks. With my second I felt it at 14 weeks, but that's because i knew what I was feeling.

With my first I had the first flutters around 18-19 weeks. It took a few more weeks after than until I felt full out regular kicks and punches. (I did have an anterior placenta).
This time around I felt a few flutters already around 14 weeks. But like someone else said, it is only because I knew what I was feeling. It felt like the sensation of the baby rolling instead of kicking/punching.
