I had puppps for only about a week. I took an oatmeal bath and it cleared right up! Give it a try!

I tried everything (or thought I did) with my first pregnancy and PUPPS, steroid creams, aloe vera, antihistamines etc. and nothing helped. With my 2nd pregnancy I found out about pine tar soap. I would highly recommend pine tar soap. Soak in a colloidial oatmeal bath (I found it helped with the itching while I was in the bath) and then scrub all over your rash with pine tar soap. After a few days of the pine tar soap I really noticed a lot less itching. I think it helps by drying the rash up? But I'm not too sure. I bought a bar at my local health store for $2.50....best 2
50 spent ever! Good luck!

Short of oral steroids, I've done everything the doctor recommended me to do for it. I tried aloe, cortisone cream, cold baths, antihistamines, and right now I'm on a topical steroid cream prescription but that's not helping either. Hopefully I'll have her in the next few days and hopefully it'll go away as quick as yours did!

I only had my Pupps rash for like the last two weeks or so of my pregnancy, yes it sucked! But I found that after I took a shower I'd put on some Aloe Vera after I dried off and just let the Aloe Vera air dry (which felt nice because it cools) helped alot, and if I felt like it was starting to get really itchy again I would just apply more if needed throughout the day. And my Pupps went away maybe about one to two days before I gave birth, but I was given the RH shot in the bottom like a week before, so maybe that helped! Has your doctor said anything about how to manage it? Hope I helped! :)
