I had morning sickness weeks 7and 8, but by 9-10 weeks it was completely gone and never came back. I am currently 21 weeks with a healthy baby boy.

I was rarely nauseous when I was pregnant (with twins) and overall, it was about 9-10 weeks when I started getting back an appetite and felt generally better.

During my first trimester, I was typically nauseas everyday. However I would have those few days in a row or an entire week where the nausea completely went away and then boom came back again.
Try not to stress too much.

enjoy it while you can! My nausea came and went a few times.. i still get waves. eat now while you're not nauseous because you may not want to if it comes back again!

with both of my pregnancies I really felt the nausea decrease around 10 weeks, I had 2 miscarriages before my first child was born so I completely understand every little thing making you nervous but it sounds normal to me.
